"I cannot praise JoAnn Demkocicz highly enough. JoAnn helped remediate damage to my furniture incurred by my contractor. When my cleaned furniture and fixture arrived soiled at my apt. from the storage company, JoAnn was quick to work with them to try to have the damages fixed. JoAnn was answered all my phone calls (some of which bordered on frantic) and promptly returned those calls she had been unavailable for. She was knowledgable about every piece of furniture entrusted to Fabric Renewal and had immediate access to all photographs and documentation. JoAnn also worked closely with Michele to accomodate my schedule since I was living out of state during the construction. I am very grateful to JoAnn for her "hand holding" her knowledge and all her work during this very difficult time and helping me return to my home with my furniture intact."

"I cannot express my thanks enough to the team at Renewal Claim Solution. After a broken pipe, the water damage to the house was extensive. Everything in the house from attic to basement was damaged by water. This team came in & from attic to the basement they took every piece of clothing which was salvageable to clean. They immediately helped me to create an emergency rush, and I had clean clothing within 3-days and then a week later, they delivered a month's supply of clean clothes. Having clean clothing is a dream. Some of my clothing came back looking better than when I bought them brand new. 😄 This team has gone over and above. My next delivery was to carry me for the next few months. Ronald and Chris delivered my clothing with professionalism; empathy & friendliness. They were both involved from the start & the fact they remembered me, my specific situation & plans for the future were so much more personal & genuine. I cannot express enough gratitude I feel to both of them & the team who supports them. Yesterday Angel delivered the balance of my clothing, shoes, linens. The van was full and he took the time to help unload, load and brought it all into the temporary housing apartment I am currently in. Again, the friendliness and care he took was greatly appreciated. The team was from start to finish providing full support, along with the care, and empathy was a tremendous help with the situation the water damage put me into.
