Initial call

We will also work directly with your insurance company on your behalf to make it less stressful and help you get through this difficult time.

Home inspection
We will meet you at your home for an inspection of the damage. Scoping your home correctly takes experience, and our certified agents are fully qualified to perform a thorough assessment to make sure everything is accounted for. We’ll also walk you through the entire process to ensure you completely understand how it works and the options you have to make wise decisions. Our goal is to help you understand the process and make recovery as easy and stress-free as possible.

Immediate needs
We will assess your situation and ensure you have everything you need. For example, you will need clothing and possibly other small essentials to help you get by for a couple weeks. To help you return to your normal routine and activities, we will treat and quickly provide two-weeks-worth of clothing for you and your family within 48 hours. Our well-trained staff are available to assist you throughout this process and will make sure you have everything you need, when you need it.

Complete inventory
We will generate a complete and organized inventory of all your textiles with our advanced bar-coding system. All your items needing restoration are tracked from your home to our restoration processing plant, and then back to your home. This ensures all your items are properly returned in a timely manner, making life easier when you move back into your home.
