"Our house was destroyed by water. Of the items that were damaged, our beloved sofa and chair, not only got wet, but had the ceiling fall in on them. Scott from Renewal by A-One Cleaners had the daunting task to clean dry-clean only slipcovers of water damage. The ONLY way to remove water stains, I learned, was by USING water. After countless efforts of all other remedies to try to avoid using the washing machine, I gave permission. It was risky. But Scott literally babied the slipcovers to prevent both shrinkage and color bleed from the jacquard fabric. I received them back today and I was amazed. They are absolutely perfect, as if nothing had ever happened! The level of care Scott showed for our project is truly remarkable. He communicated with me at each new trial and kept me informed throughout. I've never felt so well cared for our valued as a customer. This company treated me as though I was a family member. I am so grateful to them for restoring a piece of our family's history and I recommend them highly for any difficult (or nearly impossible) fabric cleaning! They truly are A-ONE!"
