"I cannot express my thanks enough to the team at Renewal Claim Solution. After a broken pipe, the water damage to the house was extensive. Everything in the house from attic to basement was damaged by water. This team came in & from attic to the basement they took every piece of clothing which was salvageable to clean. They immediately helped me to create an emergency rush, and I had clean clothing within 3-days and then a week later, they delivered a month's supply of clean clothes. Having clean clothing is a dream. Some of my clothing came back looking better than when I bought them brand new. 😄 This team has gone over and above. My next delivery was to carry me for the next few months. Ronald and Chris delivered my clothing with professionalism; empathy & friendliness. They were both involved from the start & the fact they remembered me, my specific situation & plans for the future were so much more personal & genuine. I cannot express enough gratitude I feel to both of them & the team who supports them. Yesterday Angel delivered the balance of my clothing, shoes, linens. The van was full and he took the time to help unload, load and brought it all into the temporary housing apartment I am currently in. Again, the friendliness and care he took was greatly appreciated. "This company is superb! I had a flooding disaster in my apartment and was referred to them by Chubb Insurance who has total confidence in them. I was in contact with Michelle from Renewal who was so responsive on arranging all the logistics. Joel Citron was able to efficiently access the damage while at the same time, being both professional and incredibly comforting to distraught me. The pick up and delivery of my damaged items was done exactly when scheduled by Brandon, Edwin, and Chris both ways. They carefully brought back everything perfectly restored. All three could not have done a better job and everything looked great! Since I am so pleased with my entire experience with Renewal Claims Solutions, I am going to have them clean my bedroom carpet next month. I wouldn’t even consider hiring anyone else to do it."
