"Recently, our home caught fire, and in a challenging situation, Jim and his team truly helped navigate our recovery process. Jim walked us through the process and was transparent about everything. From the very top, the owner, Jim, rolled up his sleeves and helped shovel debris into trash bags so that we could begin to sift through the items and see what they could help bring back to life. It didn't stop there; team members Jason, Lynn, and Harri brought the same energy. While our home had no power or air, they sorted through all our items room by room. Each of them treated our personal belongings with attention and care. Within a few days, we received some immediate items so that we could change out of clothes. The rest of the immediate items will be delivered once we move into a temporary rental. Ashley has checked in and updated us on our items. Overall, my experience with Jim and his team has been nothing short of consistent. I cannot recommend this team enough if you are ever in need."
