Renewal began in 2004 as the North American Restoration Drycleaners (NARD), a collective group of non-competing owners who shared similar values and interests. As the company grew over time, we became known as “Nard,” and the decision was eventually made to change the name to Renewal Claim Solutions to better fit the expansion of services in specialty cleaning and restoration of most household items that we provide. The new name resonates better with our audiences, communicating that we are an industry leader in cleaning and restoration. Renewal has always valued our customers while maintaining a “family-owned” business model that promotes a healthy culture, inside and out.

When disaster hits home, our team of dedicated professionals are there to provide locally-owned restoration services — backed by our nationwide network of experts. Our local teams are carefully trained to provide the very best in customer support, technology, innovative techniques, and professional claim services – from start to finish. They genuinely care about customers and are dedicated to making their entire restoration experience as easy and stress-free as possible.
Environmental aspects
As part of our commitment to the environment, we provide donation services (free of charge) that allow usable clothing to be given to someone in need, keeping more materials out of landfills. For other materials that can’t be reused, like corrugate, plastic hangers, and packaging materials, we recycle them.
