Renewal is a fast-paced, restoration dry cleaner in North Jersey. Our unique company helps thousands of families recover from the devastating effects of catastrophes such as fire, water, and mold damage. We aid homeowners during these traumatic experiences by picking up, deodorizing, cleaning, and returning all of their soft good items and electronics.
The Position
We are seeking a confident, energetic and experienced Production Manager to help guide the company’s continued growth and expansion. This senior member of the management team must be able to confidently lead a dedicated crew of about 20 employees by focusing on developing talent, building and identifying people’s strengths, motivating team and fine-tuning our established systems. This candidate will be responsible for partnering with the President to ensure quality control and continued growth. He or she will also be responsible for plant related activities from machinery to human resources and will play an integral role in all aspects of our company.
Ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years of production experience
- A proven track record of managerial success of leading teams
- Skills to improve production and manage by the numbers
- Proactive in developing solutions
- Mechanical knowledge of dry cleaning and laundry machinery and equipment
- Passion for quality control and customer service
- Handle employee issues
- Computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish
We offer a competitive salary, bonus, health and retirement benefits. This is a full time salaried position that does require working Saturday’s depending on our production schedule. Although, industry experience is preferred, we would consider training an otherwise exceptional candidate.
